Couchy (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is committed to providing you with a safe and fast shipping service. Please read the shipping terms below carefully before placing an order to understand the shipping area, fees, logistics, and precautions upon delivery.

1. Shipping Area

Orders are shipped from the United States.

We currently only support delivery within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Fees

  • For orders under $90: shipping fee of $10
  • For orders $90 or more: free shipping

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and are promptly handed over to carriers for delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics or weather.

5. Carriers

We select the appropriate carrier based on the characteristics of the order, among FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, etc., to ensure efficient and secure delivery.

6. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing:

  • Order number
  • Payment receipt (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Carrier information

You can check the status of your order at any time on the “Order Tracking” page of the website by entering your email address or phone number and the corresponding order number.

7. Liability Statement

  • We provide support and solutions in case of product damage or loss during shipping.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after shipment; please verify your delivery information before placing an order.
  • If an error in the delivery address results in a failed delivery, responsibility lies with the user.

8. Precautions Upon Delivery

Please verify that the recipient information is correct and inspect the packaging and product quantity upon delivery. If there is any damage or non-conformity with the order, please contact us immediately.
